Week 3
· Midterm – Please be sure to review the rubric for the Midterm which can be found in the Modules link along the left side of the Bb course shell. (20 points or 20% of your course grade)
Regarding the Midterm:
· You need to submit two documents for the Midterm as there are two separate topics – Fragile X Syndrome and Congestive Heart Failure.
· You should have at l east one page of information (following the questions/topics listed on the rubric) for each pathology.
· You must use reputable sources from peer-reviewed journal articles or reputable websites. If you are unsure of a source please feel free to email me. You should have access to plenty of medical journals through the OU library website.
· You should include a title page and a reference page (these are not included in the requirement of one full page of information and you will most likely go past one page in order to answer all of the questions for each pathology in the appropriate detail). ALL sections must be completed. In the past, some students have decided not to complete the second section which means they did not receive full credit for the Midterm.
· Be sure you are answering each question presented in the rubric in complete sentences. You should not be completing this by using bullet points.
· Use spell check to ensure you have correct spelling and grammar within your paper so you don’t lose points.
· You should complete this assignment in APA format. If you need help with APA format please use the following website to assist you: https://owl.purdue.edu/owl/research_and_citation/apa_style/apa_style_introduction.html
· You do NOT need to include an abstract for this assignment.
· Using large spaces, fonts or triple spacing your paper to meet the one-page minimum requirement will be caught so please follow the appropriate APA format to earn credit for this assignment.
· Lastly, you must have in-text citations throughout this paper. The information you will be using to respond to the questions will be from information you have researched or looked up and is NOT your information. If you do not use in-text citations then you are plagiarising your paper. So please be sure, for any papers you write, that you have appropriate in-text citations to show where you are getting your information from. Simply listing references at the end of the paper is not enough and if you do not cite your information in your paper you will receive a “0” and I will have to inform the Chair of the department and Dean that you have plagiarized.

See full FAQWe complete each paper from scratch, and in order to make you feel safe regarding its authenticity, we check our content for plagiarism before its delivery. To do that, we use our in-house software, which can find not only copy-pasted fragments, but even paraphrased pieces of text. Unlike popular plagiarism-detection systems, which are used by most universities (e.g. Turnitin.com), we do not report to any public databases—therefore, such checking is safe.
We provide a plagiarism-free guarantee that ensures your paper is always checked for its uniqueness. Please note that it is possible for a writing company to guarantee an absence of plagiarism against open Internet sources and a number of certain databases, but there is no technology (except for turnitin.com itself) that could guarantee no plagiarism against all sources that are indexed by turnitin. If you want to be 100% sure of your paper’s originality, we suggest you check it using the WriteCheck service from turnitin.com and send us the report.
Yes. You can have a free revision during 7 days after you’ve approved the paper. To apply for a free revision, please press the revision request button on your personal order page. You can also apply for another writer to make a revision of your paper, but in such a case, we can ask you for an additional 12 hours, as we might need some time to find another writer to work on your order.
After the 7-day period, free revisions become unavailable, and we will be able to propose only the paid option of a minor or major revision of your paper. These options are mentioned on your personal order page.
